Schools across the country have inquired and partnered with us enabling their students to be involved in our High Impact Tutoring (HIT) program.
Our educators are experts in their field and utilize high-quality materials that are aligned with classroom content. With a strong focus on relationship building with students, our educators offer frequent, data-driven instructional sessions. Low teacher to student ratios allow sessions to be an individualized, relevant, and engaging time for instruction and progress monitoring.. Unlike traditional unstructured study halls or “free-time”, HIT is often integrated into the school day.
What High Impact Tutoring is...
Personalized Instruction
Tutors provide individualized lessons that are tailored to each student's specific strengths and needs.
Relationship - Focused
Building strong, trusting relationships between tutors and students is a foundational element, which also extends to collaboration between tutors, teachers, and caregivers.
High-Frequency, Short Session
Sessions are held frequently, often 2-3 times a week for 30-60 minutes each.
Small Group Size
Small group (3-4 students) or one-on-one sessions allow for maximum engagement, and personal feedback/progress monitoring.
Integrated into the School Day
HIT is ideally incorporated into the school day.
Expert Educators
Tutors are highly accredited, highly trained educators who participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high quality instruction.
Curriculum
Sessions use high-quality instructional materials that are consistent with and build upon classroom instruction.

What High-Impact Tutoring is Not...
Study Hall
HIT is ideally incorporated into the school day.
Infrequent Tutoring
It's more frequent and structured than standard tutoring, which may only provide homework help or lesson review.
Substitute for Core Instruction
It supplements, rather than replaces, classroom instruction.
